1847 with a Zajac comb

I bought one of these 1847 Seydel with a Zajac comb last summer. I love it. More than that I like this business. I had trouble with getting a good tone, holes choked, bending was difficult for me. I contacted Ron, told him my story, he offered me a refund after telling me it had been through a full tuning after the Zajac comb was assembled. I really like 1847s and I kept it. I'm glad I did.
Great business, Great harp.

Best deal ever

These “RR build” harps are such a good deal that it’s a wonder how they’re making any profit on them. They are simply the best “bang for your buck” harp available anywhere. The price you pay just for the comb and harmonica alone is already a good deal, and that’s not even factoring in the labor required to flatten the draw plate and straighten the blow plate, and the cost of the key labels and leather pouch that come with the harmonica.

These are such a good price that I’m in awe of how Ron can offer such an amazing deal. I’m probably going to be buying a bunch of these RR built harps in the next couple months because they play better than any other harp I’ve owned and the p4ice is unbeatable.

Bottom line, I recommend these harps more than any other harp I’ve tried. They perform amazingly and can overblow 4, 5, and 6 right out of the box. They’re loud and responsive, and overall just the absolute best harp you can get without spending upwards of $200 dollars for a full custom harp like a blue moon or one of Andrew Zajac’s harps. Pick whatever brand/model you like most and buy one, you won’t regret it.

Too good to be true

These “RR build” harps are such a good deal that it’s a wonder how they’re making any profit on them. They are simply the best “bang for your buck” harp available anywhere. Just a stock, out of the box 1847 classic will cost you about $100 USD and the Zajac dark comb for the 1847 classic is like $30 USD. That’s already $130 USD in materials and you get it for only $118, and that’s not even factoring in the labor required to flatten the draw plate and straighten the blow plate, and the cost of the key labels and leather pouch that come with the harmonica.

These are such a good deal that I think that either the price, or the wait time will go up in the future, but if it doesn’t, I will be in awe of how they are able to sustainably offer such an amazing deal. I’m probably going to be buying a bunch of these RR build harps in the next couple months because I’m worried that a deal this good can’t last forever.

Bottom line, I recommend these harps more than any other harp I’ve tried. They perform amazingly and can play very low 4, 5, and 6 right out of the box. They’re loud and responsive, and overall just the absolute best harp you can get without spending upwards of $200 dollars for a full custom harp like a blue moon or one of Andrew Zajac’s harps. Pick whatever brand/model you like most and buy one, you won’t regret it.
