Shipping policy

We offer free USPS / UPS shipping on most USA orders Monday - Saturday. Some items or locations might have a shipping or handling fee. All orders ship USPS Ground (Usually 5-7 days.) If you would like to upgrade to Priority shipping click here.   (Usually 2-3 days)

No guarantees on any service. We have no control over shipping carriers.

We ship your orders the same or next day depending on the time you place it. Some products can take longer if not in stock. Tracking information on USPS' site can take 24 hours or more to be updated. Sometimes, especially with Ground, a package might not even get scanned until the day that your local carrier has it out for delivery to you. Therefore, you may not see any update to the tracking page until your order is in your hand.

Once your order leaves our shop we have no control over the speed of your delivery or what the tracking info shows. Most orders arrive within 2-7 days of order placement, but this is not a guarantee. Please wait a week before getting concerned or reaching out to RockinRons.
