Shipping policy

We offer free USPS/ UPS shipping on all USA orders Monday - Saturday. Some items or locations might have a shipping or handling fee. You get Free USA shipping regardless of the size of your order. With this being the case, small orders will ship ground advantage ( up to 5 business days)  or sometimes be mailed in an envelope and can take 3 to 7 days. Please wait at least a week before reaching out with any concerns. Larger orders (over a pound) will automatically be shipped Priority Mail.  (2-3 business days) If you are placing a smaller order and would like to upgrade to Priority shipping click here.

We ship your orders the same or next day depending on the time you place it. Tracking information on USPS' site can take 24 hours or more to be updated. Sometimes, especially with Ground, a package might not even get scanned until the day that your local carrier has it out for delivery to you. Therefore, you may not see any update to the tracking page until your order is in your hand.

Once your order leaves our shop we have no control over the speed of your delivery or what the tracking info shows. Most orders arrive within 2-4 days of order placement, but this is not a guarantee. Please wait a week before getting concerned or reaching out to RockinRons.
