The technician, Dennis picked up my call on new years eve afternoon and talked for 40 min about how I play and what my last custom C (that I lost) was like. I could tell by his questions that he understood the technical stuff. I ordered it on the spot. A Hohner Marine Band Deluxe with a solid brass comb. It bends so sweet and feels nice and heavy and firm. I mentioned a pending gig and he made sure the work was on time and promptly delivered. It was definitely worth it. Many many thanks.

Excellent harmonica, plays beautifully

So I tried a couple of custom harp in the past. They play much better than out of the box harps. I suppose one could learn to do his own under the hook work, and I may at some point.
But these are nice that Dennis has built. The price is exceptable, others charge more for similar. So if your like me, & don't do your own harps, give these a try. This harp plays very nice.
