A real deal that's a real deal

A chromatic that can't be beat for quality at an affordable price. Hohner has a real winner with the Xpression. Great playability, tone and intonation. With it's relatively small size (similar to Hohner's Discovery 48), half-moon mouthpiece profile (similar to Suzuki's SCX-48, but with smoothly beveled square holes) and light weight (34 grams lighter than the SCX-48) it is very comfortable to hold and play. The slide is smooth and quiet, and as yet hasn't had any of the sticking issues I occasionally get with some of my other chromatics. If you're thinking about taking up chromatic, the Xpression is a perfect high-quality starter that you'll keep. And if (unlike me) you're a performing professional whose go-to is a $1,000-plus chromatic, the Xpression would be the perfect traveler to take on a camping trip or vacation at the beach. And you just might find yourself using it in performance from time to time. (And as always, great price and customer service from Rockin' Ron.)

Thanks so much, Rob!
We sure appreciate you!
