This is a review for Rockin Ron’s more than the harmonica. I wanted to buy this model for my daughter because it’s pink and she thought that was pretty cool. I’ve purchased harmonicas from the website before and I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. Well, I tried to use a gift card for the purchase but it wouldn’t work. There was only $50 on the card and I foolishly thought I would split the purchase into two parts (like I said, I was a fool. Obviously you can’t do that when you buy stuff online). So I decided to call and see if there was something I could do to remedy the problem. I left a message and thought I’d might hear back in an email by the next day, maybe later. To my surprise I got a call 10 minutes later! I explained my situation and whoever I spoke to tried to help as much as he could. We were trying to get the amount as close to $50 as we could but nothing worked. He even took off taxes and shipping! Unfortunately we couldn’t get it below the $50 level so I couldn’t use the gift card. I did, however, buy the harmonica anyway. I wanted it regardless and I was so impressed by the customer service I couldn’t say no. I’ll never go anywhere for my harmonica needs. Rockin Ron’s is the best!
