Folks: FYI. These do not have conical bottom cover plates. Here is info from Hohners response regarding this topic. "This model doesn’t have the conical design. From what HMI is telling me it shouldn’t need it until you get below C. Which is why they stopped there. We didn’t have any issues out at SPAH with them. If you are hearing issues, tell the customer to contact us.

I’ve always played Hohner Blues Harps, but that doesn’t come in Low F, so I needed to try something else. I was wondering how the Rocket Low would be, as I have always played wood combs. The first time I played it, I loved it, and still do. I like it well enough that I am already thinking of another Rocket Low in another key, and I will plan on adding some Rocket Amps when I next add to my collection.!
